Full-time papi 2.0

Hey There #papichulo…

Whether you’re diving headfirst into a big family or just have that undeniable DILF (Dad I’d Like to F*ck) energy… today’s blog takes a deep dive into the (r)evolution of fatherhood—past and present.

MODERN DADS… ARE A WHOLE NEW LEVEL

1. Less tough cookies, more soft bread.

Dads used to be all about authority and discipline—now they lead with empathy, affection, and emotional intelligence. Even Disney dads these days, no matter how tough they act, have hearts softer than a loaf of white bread.

2. Less airtight lunchbox, more transparent tupperware.

Talking about emotions? No longer a taboo topic. Nowadays, dads are open to real conversations—about fears, joys, dreams, and whatever’s spinning around in your head. No more keeping things inside until they turn into a giant emotional hairball.

3. Less workaholic, more CEO of the home.

Back in the day, dads worked their butts off to bring home the cash and barely saw their kids. Today, more fathers are choosing to stay home while their partners work. In 2020 alone, 51.3% of all parental leaves were taken by dads. So yeah, try telling today’s dads they should only get weekends and holidays with their kids—we dare you.

4. Less “helping out,” more doing their part.

Sixty years ago, people cheered if a dad changed a diaper. The phrase was “My husband helps around the house.” Now, the real flex is “Don’t step on my freshly mopped floors.” Today’s dads (and even non-dads) know that running a home and raising a family is a team effort, not a favor

5. Less Alpha Male, more variety.

Now, there’s a whole spectrum of fatherhood: from the dads who were born for this to the ones still figuring out how to do their daughter’s perfect messy bun. The meme-sharing dads, the FIFA-playing dads… all valid, all thriving

6. Less dad-bod neglect, more glow-up.

There was a time when hitting a certain age meant embracing the dad-bod, corduroy pants, and wool vests. Now? More and more dads care about looking and feeling good. Some even say male skincare is finally taking off (thank god, for our sake 😅).

Call it vanity, self-care, or just realizing that feeling good in your skin is step one to taking care of others.

7. Less old-school, more freestyle.

Classic nuclear families, single dads, divorced dads, stepdads, gay dads, solo dads, father figures, mentors… If we had to list them all, we’d be here until next Father’s Day.

THE FUTURE OF DADHOOD = UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES

Yep, every household is its own world, and everyone is literally from a different mom and dad (well, you get what we mean).

🤘

Feliz día a todos los papis chulos del mundo

P.S.: If you wanna become the best-looking dad at the PTA meetings… 🎁 Try our WowYoung retinol boost. It smooths your skin and makes you look so good, no one will dare ask if you’ve been sleeping badly since becoming a dad. 😏

THE FUTURE OF DADHOOD = UNLIMITED POSSIBILITIES

Yep, every household is its own world, and everyone is literally from a different mom and dad (well, you get what we mean).

Fatherhood today isn’t about a single, one-size-fits-all formula. There’s no manual, no fixed standards—it’s a wide-open playground of possibilities. And that’s what makes it exciting.

Because being a dad isn’t just an obligation or a burden. It can be a fun, fulfilling experience (for you and those around you).
